This was one of the best dining experiences, anywhere. The quality and scope of dishes available, along with the knowledgeable, professional staff made my dinner with friends there top notch! I was in town for the week with the Beer Marketing & Tourism Conference, and Chef Jordan made an excellent beer recommendation for our table. I will absolutely dine here again if I'm even within an hour of Burlington!

We we're a bit disappointed about the reservation process as explained by the website but it really worked out for the best. We sat on the corner of the bar and had the opportunity to interact with the chefs. Our server was an absolute pleasure to meet and also full of information. Food was outstanding and we had a great time.
Absolutely amazing!! Best food I’ve ever had in Vermont, we will definitely be coming back!
