Mary is the first person I encountered and she anchored my positive interaction with the staff. She was kind, efficient, and thorough. Then Sohe was very nice. She allayed my anxiety and increased my affection for the staff. Then Cody was gentle and reassuring as she cleaned my teeth. She really made me feel comfortable - the hygienist can make or break a visit. She was excellent. Had a new dental assistant to clean teeth etc and she did great. Friendly folks as usual.
We were very early, which was the reason we waited so long. The staff is very friendly and helpful . The hygienist was new, and inexperienced. Once she learns to be "tougher" she will do a much better cleaning job. Dr. M and his wife work very well together, trying hard to put their patients in a positive frame of mind. They seem truly concerned and work hard to encourage patients to develop proper dental hygiene.

I was greeted promptly by all the staff. They are all so wonderful and always welcoming. I was there for a dental cleaning and the dental hygienist did a great job explaining to me how to brush effectively. She pointed out some areas that I need to pay attention to when flossing and brushing. Dr. Mehrabani is excellent. He takes the time to show and explain the details of your xrays and dental processes as needed. I never feel like am treated like a number. The dental hygienist I had was very helpful and thorough and I appreciated all the time Dr Mehrabani took to explain my options.
What can I say? You are the first Dentist I visit without having an appointment. Just to say hello and talk about cooking recipes. I almost can't wait for my next checkup! ;-)
All the staff were personable. Mary is an outstanding front desk person- very friendly, efficient & centered on patient care
This was the only time the office was running behind. I wasn't seen until half an hour after my appointment time. However, this is not the norm. This office has one of the nicest staffs I've ever gone to.
