Honestly, this business relationship has already started of less than Ideal. Let me explain why. I was charged a two month deposit due to my credit (which I understand) due to me being a potential rental risk. There are several things in my lease that pretty much puts all of the risk onto me with no real responsibility to the owner. This house wasn't even kept in great condition which concerns me. If this company went out of business tomorrow I think I would dance in the street. I consider them incompetent, rude and unprofessional - I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!
I have tried to get help for a week now . My landlords are ready to cancel our Managment services as they haven’t been paid. My owners money has been sitting on Hemlane for over a week after paying on the system says in transit still. After the free trial is over good luck getting a call back from them.

Their customer service is amazing! Alex has been amazing and his response time is literally within minutes. He follows up when he says he is going to. The platform is extremely user friendly and help is always and email away.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have 2 rentals with Hemlane and so far they are amazing, before I find them I called so many places and everything was overpriced. i like their prices and anytime i need help Dana and Kati always there and walk me through and Best part is I manage my property’s with their guide :-) . thank you Dana and Kati best customer service ever.
User friendly software...
I actually come from a slightly better software :appfolio BUT Hemlane has the absolute best customer service EVER!!! Used it for one year. I have been in multiple business at all levels in the past 20 years... I have truly never had such customer service - always do e by Dana. I can’t tell if the great customer service is due to Dana herself or is embedded in the company. Appfolio has few more features, but is not worth it as The value of the customer service definitely outweighs the features missing
