I've been coming to Hemingway's for years and never had such a terrible experience as last night. Our waitress, who also said she was the manager, told my friend she can "leave if she's going to be a bitch." All because she was in the bathroom when the rest of the group paid and she was waiting on her to pay then proceeded to wait while she paid. It is never ever acceptable to say that to a customer, especially if you're a manager.
