Ran my credit 4+ times after we agreed to run it once. Then said the form they had me fill out to run it once gave them the right to run it 50 times. Then preceded to say that I am too incompetent to read the forms and that my dad should have taught me how to read better. All of this because they wouldn't accept my financing that I was already approved for.

I took my car to the service department due to my car wobbling because I fully expected them to check out my concerns. I had taken it to the ****************** in ************ and the service advisor told me that I just had too much air in my tires. I purchased my car from another place down the street and had the worst experience. As soon as I spoke to *** I knew I was in good handles. *** went above and beyond to figure out the issue with my car. And, he did just that. My car is running better than when I bought it. I brought my vehicle to **** Martin due to two issues: an EPC light causing limp mode and what I suspected was an oil leak, all while I had an extended service contract. After two weeks in total, I was informed that they found no oil leak, contrary to my observations and concerns. A simple inspection on a lift would have revealed the leak I was experiencing since it was visible on the inspection video I got from VW Akron. Wish I could give 0 stars. ************** is a joke. Absolutely zero communication from service to customer. Have to call or email multiple times to get any kinda information or response. If you tell them you need it back on a certain day after having your vehicle all week it wont happen. Would not recommend getting service work done here at all. On top the techs miss a lot things that should have been caught during a service. Biggest issue with the service and parts is the massive lack of communication. Still have issues af... read more

I cant possibly give a lower review of the service we received here.We have a 2015 Jeep Patriot and they are the only dealership in the area that can use our specific warranty (I called others with our VIN). With the warranty, we ended up getting most of the repairs covered. However, we still paid about $1,500. They had our car for a month and barely communicated about status.When I asked for more info, *** (our service tech) treated us rudely. She yelled at me and just walked away. My car was there for six months. I finally got it out and two months later the car is giving me issues again with the same problem. The dealership doesnt wanna take the car back, especially *****, the general manager of the service and parts department all he wants to do is make people pay for everything that they do there when the car is on the warranty he said he doesnt care there is one person thats nice there. Our individual salesman, *********, did a great job, but when we initiated our trade in the sales manager became angry when we denied needing dealership financing. This was both uncomfortable for us and our salesman as the sales manager shouted and waved his arms without directly ever stating the trade in price or final price for the vehicle we came to buy.
