Skip the trip & DON’T BUY from this rip off dealership. The price you see advertised on the internet is not the real price you will pay. I ended up spending thousands more in “dealer add-ons” that I never authorized. The customer service is terrible at this dealership! If you need help, you will wait hours to speak with someone. I went back to cancel my extended service contract & after an hour of waiting, I was told to keep waiting. If I had the time (& I might if I’m out of work due to Covid-19) I would stand outside with ... read more

I went to Buy a RAM 1500 Classic. On there website the 2019 truck was listed at 14,958$. I knew i didnt qualify for 1250 plus 2000 in trade in value lost, so list for me was 18,208$. The trade in was a squashed since they offered 2000 dollars. All the paperwork was correct came back and I noticed 3950 dollars added to the price and was explained that these were added accessories such as alarm, carpet and even Nitrogen in tries (like you need nitrogen in southern california) plus other types of things nobody needs. I said i d... read more

I saw online they had a car I was interested in for $66,500. So drove an hour and 10 minutes to buy it. Sat down with the salesman. “I have to tell you about the $4000 worth of dealer installed options.” Nitro in the tires, glorified wax job, and glorified alarm system. Really. For $4000?! I can get all that done for like $500! But that’s not it. I tell him I’ll pay the price advertised online. He says “if I can take off the $4,000 we have a deal?” I said yes. He goes to his boss, who comes out and says the price is $73,000!... read more

Shopped the internet for a new Jeep and Hemet Jeep appeared to have the best price. I received a quote for $28,903 and was prepared to purchase it at that price. Before going down I called the dealership and spoke to Ernie who I'm told is a sales manager. I wanted to make sure that I could in fact come in and pay that price plus title and registration. Ernie asked if I would pay $1,000 more and said that they would remove all of the ridiculous dealer add ons. I said yes. He then called me back a couple of hours later and sai... read more

My son saw a car online at Cargurus.com advertised for $10,674, he called and asked if it was available and they said yes, so we drove an hour to get there. We looked at the car and drove it, it was not cleaned up, but drove good. We left to look at other cars and then called back to say we wanted to buy it. The salesman, Hector Ambriz, said ok and that it would be ready when we got there Which took another hour to get there) We sat down with Hector and proceeded to do the paperwork. They of course wanted him to buy the "Pre... read more

If I could leave ZERO I would!!! I am writing on behalf of my 77 year old Father-In-Law (FIL), Harry S*********, who was taken advantage of. He purchased a car (2015 Jeep Patriot), with a check, in full on September 19, 2018. He has yet to receive title for the vehicle. Upon further investigation for some random charges that were on the sales slip, one was a charge of $795 for a Karr Security System. Spoke to some one at KARR and they said that service was discontinued in JUNE 2018, although my FIL paid for this service in 9... read more

Philosophy of "Be honest and treat people fairly" was definitely not my experience. My nightmare started in May and I am still dealing with their screw ups... I was ripped off for almost 1k.. It was in the contract as Karr security system, I had them take it out, only too have it put back in as a dealer transfer fee, then was told it was a transaction fee. I would have walked out had this not been a replacement through FCA. It took the sales manager almost 2 months too even do my paperwork, meanwhile the car I had on hold wa... read more
