We went to Hemet Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram to buy a 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 since they said they had several. After I called them they pestered me several times a week by phone calls and emails even though I told them we were on Vacation until we finally went. We got there in early March 2024 and they had 6 Demon 170's in their Showroom. Terrible service once the customer makes purchase no one wants to help. Never have a kind attitude when I call or helpful. They only care to fill my email with sale advertisements and the finance moron is eager to make the customer feel like an idiot. Condescending and rude. I used to be an employee here at Hemet CDJR as a customer service specialist, because the sales department worked very poorly with their customers. I left on maternity leave and did not have plans on returning. I did go to purchase a vehicle for my baby and I in April 2022. Since then I’ve had numerous service problems that I go and get serviced on. My husband and & were interested in. 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. We spoke with a Kenny Clack whom provided us with a certificate that stated the vehicle was 57,607 and a list of incentives that was being offered to bring the price down to $53,607. I have purchased many new cars from various dealerships throughout my life.. but this dealership is the most corrupt and unprofessional place I have every been to. I came to this establishment with both a certified price given by them (in writing) and a KBB instant cash offer for my trade-in that was provided off their website. I am so frustrated with this business. On their website they advertised a used car we would like to purchase. We called them on Saturday evening, 11/13/21 and asked them if the car was available. They told us it was and asked when we would be in. Since we were driving from San Diego we told them we would be there around 10:00. I wish I could give them zero stars, I tried purchasing a Jeep from them but since I live about 7 hrs away I wanted to do it online and have the car delivered to me.
