I had a phone appointment with Dr. Patel today as the on call doctor and I found him extremely empathetic, kind, and reassuring. There was no trace of arrogance at all. I agree with the other reviewer that the negative reviews involve a different Dr. Patel and, in fact, I have been seen by a different Dr. Patel who was as these other reviewers described. This is a different doctor, and one I would be happy to have as a primary.
So after reading these negative reviews regarding Dr Patel, I HAD to write my own review on his behalf. First off, regarding the 1 start reviews, I truly believe that those people have him confused with another Dr Patel. The ego, rudeness, not listening, recording the incorrect information, this is NOT him at all. Reading the positive reviews more reflects the Dr Patel I see. Really bad. I’ll be contacting Kaiser about this. Has no business being in the medical field. Suggested I take a medication that I am allergic to. Said it would be fine. Disregarded a severe issue with migraines. Said to take advil. Google is a better doctor than this piece of trash. What a joke!
