Easily the Worst clinic I've ever been to. After 4 years of remission, they aren't capable of PA's for pain meds,much less Rx renewals. 22 times in 48 months I've paid out of pocket for my Rx despite full coverage minus my copay. Just last week I went without other pain meds for 20 days because of their incompetent employees, and their only response is "We're sorry". So again I'll spend my Monday morning at the patient advocates office filing another complaint against the clinic. They could care less whether you're in remiss... read more
