Helzberg in Tyler has the friendliest staff and incredible service. My wife's engagement ring was the first thing I bought here, and she loved it!! We have had no problems and have bought more items. I think we've found our jeweler!

I paid over $3,000 for my wedding ring alone and this is the 3rd diamond replacement in 1 year ! I always go for my inspections and cleanings and THEY fail to update it in their computer so it's my fault....YEA OK !! I live 5 hours away and they say "bring it in let us look" SERIOUSLY.....how about you come get this $25 ring we paid over $3,000 for! Never ever in my life will I shop at Helzburg again, you have better luck at Walmart !! Quality SUX and so does Customer Service !! I'm posting on yelp and every sight I can find... read more
