I have been using Helzberg for 5years now. I drive 1.5 hours to shop at this Tyler location. The staff there tops all over locations that I have visited. Autumn, who has recently transferred was amazing! I'm currently using Brandie, and she rocks too!!! The manager Trey is always there and greats me with a smile & by name. Now onto the jewelry...sparkle galore, huge selection, & amazing quality!! So if you are looking for a place that will take care of you then shop here & ask for Brandie😁
