Stay far away from this place! I just waited two and a half hours for jewelry to be appraised. I was told it would only take an hour and someone would call me when it was ready when I booked the appointment weeks ago. I don’t know what “genius” decided to do this on a Friday or Valentine’s Day but I am very upset. Purchased a ring here. Diamonds kept falling out. Sent for repair multiple times. Customer service chat...waste of time. Customer service telephone...no help. Letter to CEO of Helzberg Corporation...no response. Last ring purchase lasted 25 years without a single issue. This ring didn't make it a month.
