I spent a lot of money here buying an engagement ring. I went back to buy the wedding bands and was told the bands would fit perfectly, they didn't. Before the wedding I went back and the sales person, along with the jewler told me there was nothing they could do. Their suggestion was for me to purchase another ring altogether. I was lied to and would advise staying away from Helzberg.
