I bought an engagement ring and band on 3/25. My purchase was made with the expectation that I would receive the special ordered band within 2-3 weeks (per the sales associate) at the time due to leaving traveling to CA may 16th and leaving the country may17th for our anniversary trip (4 weeks long) which i need the ring for as we are taking photographs, the engagement ring purchased was sized and ready for pick up the next day. Daughters engagement ring, had it resized for her, sloppy job, ugly weld. Told them, they polished it out but was still messy.Slow service too.9 months later the ring cracks on the shoulder, take it in, sent off for repair and is gone for a month!!!Get it back and it’s got a lump of different colored gold blobbed on it over the crack.Complained, offered a replacement which also needs resizing as all rings come size 7, that’s going to be another 2 weeks.… See more
