I could not believe the terrible customer service I received today. I received a coupon in the mail for a free pair of earings , and decided to look for wedding bands since we were in there anyways. The lady who "helped" us was extremely rude, not only did she put down my taste of rings, she also had no understanding that I was not interested in spending $1,700 on a wedding band, and basically scoffed at me for being cheap.
