My husband and I have been going to Helzberg for years, at least 6 years. The customer service is it or miss, but lately it has been absolutely terrible and we are considering going somewhere else even though all of our jewelry warranty is through Helzberg. Customer service is terrible, the employees I've delt with are rude and inconsiderate. I've been waiting to speak to "management" and getting the run around for two months. Let's be honest chain stores are a dime a dozen and I just like so many other people who are treated in this manner can and will take our business to other local Jewelers who show they care about the customer experience.
I have never had a bad experience. My sales rep Jessica was OUTSTANDING!!! She assisted with reprinting my warrantee card and inspection. All the ladies were very nice!
Everyone there was very nice and very knowledgeable.. We went to just about every jewelry store at Southlake and still came back to purchase from there You all made my mom's mothers day very enjoyable Thank you
I have had nothing but great service & attention at this Helzberg Diamond store. While I wish there was one closer to me as they closed the Mishawaka store, Merrillville has been great! I especially want to thank Brandi. She's as much of a gem as the jewelry! Kudos!
