Amazing!
Bought a ring there and barely over a year later the brand broke. Went to go in to have it fixed and they said it's not covered because I never came in to have it cleaned and inspected...which I was never told we had to do when we purchased it. They were going to charge $75 to have it fixed...got it fixed somewhere else in town for $35. Got a pair of diamond earrings from there and a year later one of the diamonds is extremely loose. Will never buy from them again.
This store is beyond amazing! They know exactly what your vision is & do anything to make sure it happens! We had a wedding band custom designed for my engagement ring & they were just as excited as us with the reveal & how it turned out! It’s such a great feeling when you know you matter & get greeted instantly by all the girls & they want to be apart of something so fun with you! Highly recommend this store

I had my engagement and wedding band checked there last weekend. They told me that one of my diamonds was loose and offered to send it away to get fixed. I told them I'd take it to a jeweller closer to home. Took it to get it fixed and my jeweller told me there was nothing wrong with my ring.
I cannot say enough about Helzberg Jewelers and their staff!! Amber has been amazing through our whole process of find my engagement ring and then also with bands! All of the staff know me by name and will even wave as I'm walking by! Such amazing costumer service! Thank you all for your services ladies!
