Today my 6 month old puppy was vomiting blood. I am new to the area and had not decided on a Veterinary Office yet. My first call was to Helton Plaza Veterinary. The lady I spoke to was very rude and didn't want to help me. She wouldn't even answer my questions. She made it very clear she had no appointments available that day and got off the phone as soon as she could. The very next office I called asked me to bring my puppy in ASAP because they were going to work her in. Customer service is everything.
Being an English Bulldog parent we are constantly dealing with ailments. Having Dr. Whitlow as our vet. we know our pets are getting the best care available. He is very informative and cares about people and their animals. He made the process of one of our fur babies passing away recently as smooth and easy as possible. I cannot thank him and his staff enough.
This is the only place I take my pets. Dr. Whitlow isn't just a great doctor, but he is kind and takes time to care for the animals and their owners. The staff is also great which is so important. They have taken care of us through vaccinations to successful long term care our of diabetic cat and we couldn't be more pleased or give enough stars.
Would not go anywhere else!!! This man truly cares & staff is great also.
