My wife and started using Dr. Whitlow after having a bad experience with another Vet in the area. I can't say enough good things about Dr Whitlow. He is so good to our pets and is extremely thorough and very informative. He never fails to answer our questions or call to keep us informed when one of our pets is sick. He is never too busy to work us in when we have a sick pet and don't have an appointment. His staff is always helpful and good to our pets as well. Dr. Whitlow has been taking care of all our pets for several years now. He and his staff are kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. They always work us in whenever one of our pets has been ill and have never turned us away. He never rushes through an exam or your visit, and he always takes time to be sure you fully understand the situation. We are very happy we found him and his wonderful staff.
I will not be back here. I took my cat here and as soon as I walked in the lady at the counter was a b****, rude as could be and couldn't care less about anything going on. For granted, I walked in because I had panicked with my cat but she could have told me something to do instead of "sit down. It will be a long time" after complaining and acting like She didn't want to help me. Not coming back and will tell everyone I know to stay away from y'all because you're only there to get paid.
