Wonderful Office manager, staff and superb doctors who genuinely care for their patients
Been calling for 2 weeks now leaving messages. I'm a diabetic and my medication has been out for more than a week. This place doesn't care left messages over 3 times my sugar is high and they will not return my call or refill my medication. This doctor used to be really good. The front office staff is rude and they suck I hope karma gets to them really quick.
They never answer their phones whenever I call at different times during business hours. It’s impossible to hear back from anyone on Healow app as none of their providers are listed to even message anymore. When I first came here and was able to message them, they were always extremely rude via healow app and in person. I see a different pcp now and definitely would not recommend anyone here. Been trying to get their clinic off my healow profile but unable as they never answer their phones. If i could give no stars I would.
Joanna the office manager, called me after hours and resolved my issue. I do understand now that the Nurse doing prior authorizations , wears many hats at that office and it does take some time. Which is perfectly fine it was the other office worker at that location speaking rudely on her behalf. Instead of de-escalating the situation she was making it worse with her, smart remarks (the office worker that name starts with T I think).
