My experience with them was very horrible. They didn't have any communication skills with me and or my family for my moms care. Therapy did the bare minimum, was always late or would not show up and then call weeks later about a reevaluation but wasn't consistent. The nursing team was coming out twice a week, then once, that was fine but once again this was not communicated.
