My experience with them was very horrible. They didn't have any communication skills with me and or my family for my moms care. Therapy did the bare minimum, was always late or would not show up and then call weeks later about a reevaluation but wasn't consistent. The nursing team was coming out twice a week, then once, that was fine but once again this was not communicated. I am so happy that the hospital recommended this agency, when my mom got discharged from the hospital. I was so skeptical at first and worried how am I going to take care of my bedbound mom? The most compassionate people I could of ever ask for. I don't know how I would of made it this far without Lysa RN or Oleg the therapist? They are truly the best there is. Absolutely wonderful care and I would recommend them to anyone needing Home Care.
