I had a bad experience with a vet in glens falls and took my dog to this vet and our experience was excellent.... the vet was very kind to my dog, concerned and helped my shepherd.... reasonably priced. I highly recommend this vet!
My 12 year old German Shepard has always been very anxious and required a muzzle for her visits. Within 30 seconds of walking into the practice the staff and Dr. were all her best friends. Everything being recommended for the care of the 3 dogs was fully explained, and allowed me to make informed decisions. I am very happy to have found such a caring friendly practice, and highly recommend them.
RecommendedI didn't even have a first visit yet but they got me in right away when I had a concern for my puppy. I was impressed from start to finish and highly recommend this vet. I look forward to giving my Gemma the best care possible thanks to the staff here.
What a wonderful veterinarian's office. Such a compassionate and patient doctor and warm staff.
Amazing vet!... our first vet visit my dog was very anxious so we broke up his appointment and brought him back. The second visit back they had all kinds of treats just for him to make him feel at ease. They personally went out and bought cheese whiz, peanut butter, and ice cream cones to put it in. Needless to say my dog warmed up quick. You can tell that the whole staff truly loves animals!
The best! Dr. Nelson and his staff are the best! Knowledgeable, compassionate, communicative - I was so impressed with Dr. Nelson, Assistant Sara, and Receptionist Judy. Thank each of you for making us feel so welcome.
The pups are very happy here. No shaking or exhibiting fear when we walk in the door. Great experiences. So happy we found this practice.
