RecommendedEntire staff very attentive, caring while being professional. Clean friendly environment that does not over book so many appointments at the same time so ur pets are comfortable.
We were very pleased with the outcome of our first visit, Dr. Nelson took time with us. We weren't just a number. He explained why things were being done and gave us treatment plan that we were happy with.. We switched vets today! Looking forward to seeing more of this vets office.
I would highly recommend this office. They are absolutely amazing. Starting right at the front with the receptionist. So sweet and made me feel so comfortable bringing our cat there. Dr Nelson was great. I’ve been to a few other vets offices before going to helping paws and I never felt welcome or comfortable. It was always so cold and business like. Let me start this off with the amount times I’ve received attitude on the phone call when I just got done CRYING. Having rats as pets and seeing them become old is hard, when you call a facility, you should always have a calming voice on the other end. This morning I didn’t specify my name in the beginning of the call so she said “uhhh who is this” while laughing at me. They are a great vet!! All staff is wonderful!!
I visited this vet because my gf and her family have taken their pets here for years. I have a beagle mix with severe allergies and, after many treatments, have had to break down and get her an allergy shot. Also, our other dog, was slammed into our front door by maintenance earlier in the week so we needed to just have him looked at as well. Upon entering, a lovely man with a Trump 2020 mask greeted me. the appearance of the office was excellent very clean and welcoming the staff were so sweet and understanding and Dr. Nelson was very knowledgeable. they didn't try and force me into anything extra and even offer a rewards program! My appointment was quick and easy this was the first time I have ever used there clinic and I will continue to visit with my other pets! the price didn't break the bank either! was very reasonable!
Excellent practice, knowledgeable Doctor and staff - I drive from Albany to take my dogs there.
