I would give 0 stars but it isn’t an option. This is the worst place to ever waste your time, energy, money or insurance benefits on. Did an intake appointment over 2 months ago and still have not been contacted to get help setting up my 1st therapy session. Have not been able to reach anyone after leaving several voicemails calling numerous times on separate occasions. I’ve been hounding them and NOTHING. Dont waste your time with these people. Terrible service!!!!
Incompetent receptionist…told me to fill out intake info…never sent to me and when it came time for my appt…they cancelled on the spot..unprofessional and waste of time
I wish I could give 0 stars. They are completely unreachable. My psychiatrist left the practice after 1 appointment (might I add that the appointment was very odd, she wanted to prescribe me medication for something I speculated I had WITHOUT doing any testing or reaching a diagnosis, and told me that she doesn't do that even though she is a literal medical doctor) with me and they told me I will be reassigned, (with a lot of attitude might I add, as if abruptly and unexpectedly halting treatment wouldn't be detrimental afte... read more

I started going to this clinic via telehealth in 2022. Something happened about 6 months ago - billing was totally wrong and it took me months to sort out real information - I was getting double-billed. Then my doctor stopped taking new appointments altogether. I switched to another HHIHH doctor, who was fine. I set another appointment with Doc #2 months ago, today I have a telehealth session and sign in - no doctor.
