My twins have been going to HHF for over 6 months. HHF is play based and child led which is most important to me. My twins love going, they love their teachers (RBTs/BCBA) and they leave every day happy. They are making progress across the board.
Helping hands has been such a positive experience for my son & our family. He has improved in all areas since starting services there about 6 months ago. All of the staff are wonderful and would highly recommend to anyone seeking ABA services for their child!
They have been amazing with my son and I can’t thank all the RBTS and BCBA’s for their kindness, compassion, and love to my little boy! I have seen such an improvement! They have assisted me so much and have been so helpful every step of the way. I am so thankful that I brought him here. It was going great until it wasn’t as if raising a child with autism isn’t already hard as is. My son had been going here for maybe 3 months and has progressed tremendously, up until yesterday I was told he can’t come back because they no longer accept Medicaid. While I understand things happen I’m very much upset, frustrated and sad for my son. It’s as if all the work put in to getting him in here was basically for nothing, back to square one. I cannot say enough about Helping Hands Center Valley. My daughter is 3 and absolutely loves going there and her therapists! They love her too! When she first started she was non-verbal and had some aggressive behaviors (pinching, biting, scratching) when upset. Those negative behaviors are now non-existent! She is also able to identify verbally all of her letters and numbers (in any order) when asked or independently as she wants to.
