I had a very disappointing experience with helping hands home health care services. The staff was often late, or didn't show up at all, and there was little to no communication from the company about scheduling changes. When i tried to get answers, i was either ignored or given vague excuses. If you're looking for reliable care for a loved one, i would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
terrible service .they are abusive and have no consideration for the quality of life they are supposed to uphold.
