Audrey was fabulous!! We drove 40 miles to look at a product and were not disappointed!
They had my tens unit replacement pads so I didn’t have to drive to Pearland. Audrey was very helpful and put me in touch with Linda to discuss patient care for my Dad (with Alzheimers). Highly recommend them.
They definitely put the customer first. I needed a bedside commode for my mom. They texted pictures to help me choose the right one for my mom. An employee even brought it out to my house on her way home from work. That is going above and beyond

They are well stocked at this time with disinfectants needed during Covid !
Availability. No longer have to drive to Houston for medical supplies. The people at Help, Inc are so courteous, kind and helpful, especially Samantha Odom. 😇
