The best vet I have ever visited. The reception team is friendly, accommodating and supportive. We got in very quick even though we were new patients! Easy transfer of her files from VCA. The vet I saw was phenomenal (Dr. Turner), by far the best vet I have ever gone to. After years of going to VCA, I will never go back to them. I was so happy with my visit today to the Eagle Creek veterinary clinic. The vet was so knowledgable and even though I’m not a vet I’m pretty obsessed with my cat and I consider myself pretty knowledgable when it comes to her needs and she told me so much stuff that I didn’t know ,I was so happy to learn of this new information. She was very professional and patient with me and my cat. I would definitely recommend this vet.
They refused care to my sick cat as I cannot locate her health records from another vet. She’s chipped which would guarantee her vaccinations as she wouldn’t be chipped without them. I was disgusted they wouldn’t even provide emergency care or any advice, other than “call around, I’m sure someone will take her”. Awful
Excellent veterinary clinic! The staff were so kind and helpful in getting my two rabbits vaccinated against RHD.
