DR. HELMAN DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. HE TRIED TO PERFORM AN ENDOSCOPY ON ME AND FAILED TO COMPLETE IT BECAUSE HE IGNORED ME TELLING HIM I HAD STRICTURE OF THE ESOPHAGUS, SO HE COULD NOT GET THE SCOPE DOWN MY ESOPHAGUS EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HIM IN THE PAST THEY HAD TO DO BALLOON DILATION. HE DOES NOT EXPLAIN THINGS IN LAYMAN'S TERMS AND HIS COMMUNICATION IS VERY POOR
