I do not know why it says the company is closed they are not. This is a great company and they have done a great job on the outside of my home. Everyone was really nice and they did all that they said and more. I will use this company again and again.
This is a great company. I will tell all of my friends and family what a great job they did at Hello Painting. From start to finish they were there and were very clean and all of the guys were very nice. Will use again.
From my initial contact with Hello Painting until the job was done, you can tell this is a very professional company. The outside of my home was in bad shape, years of neglect. The salesman came out and gave me a through estimate, and after I agreed to do the work, they got started right away. I was kept well informed throughout the process, and came to realize they do fence work as well! I had an old gate that has been giving me fits, and Hello Fencing gave me the same professional courtesy. I highly recommend this company.
I found out my entire family was coming to my house for Christmas a week and a half before Christmas Day. I called Hello Painting and they came out that day, the 21, as I requested and gave me a great price for my living room, dining room, and all of my bedrooms and two bathrooms. I strongly recommend that you NEVER use Hello Painting. Their salesman assured me they could paint over the rough finish I had, that they would sand the wall and it would be fine. It is not fine, and I have to have someone who knows what they are doing fix what Hello Painting did to my walls. I called them and asked for my money back but they said they wouldnt do that but would come out and look at the job. Very disappointed with this contractor. They didnt show up on the day they promised, and didnt bother to call me to discuss it until 3 days later. On the day that they were supposed to show up, they came 2 hours late and didnt have the ladders for the job - which delayed them another hour! Finally, to top it off, the salesman didnt honor his "adjusted" price that he gave me on the phone. Overall, very poor customer service and a medicore paint job. My recommendation, use someone else.
This is a great company and they did a great job on the exterior of my home. They let me know about rotted wood that I did not even know was there. I was very happy with the customer service and will use them later in the fall for my interior. I will tell all of my friends to use this company.
These guys did a great job for me. I would use them again. Loved the work they did in my home.
