Our patio and porch look amazing after Hello Garage applied a beautiful coating. Patrick and Robbie communicated their schedule several days before our appointment and showed up exactly when they promised. They explained the process to me and allowed me to point out my concerns about the existing concrete finish. During the day, Patrick stayed in touch with me so I would know how they were progressing. I allowed this Sales Rep Butch Peterson to come to my new home and give me a quote to install overhead storage for my garage. We agreed on a price during this visit which was on July 15 and he advised he would call me later with an installation date. I have not heard back from Butch and he has taken/stolen 20% of the cost from me. I live in West Indianapolis area (Avon, IN) so others please beware of this scam artist. It's unfortunate people like this exist.
