The most respectful people I’ve ever worked with, great customer service as well
This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My husband and I went there to shop for vinyl flooring to remodel our home. Our contractor was scheduled to start the next day, so we were running out of time. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive — we could barely get a word in. It felt like we didn’t belong there. You’re going to lose a lot of business because of such prejudice and poor treatment.
This company has excellent prices and extremely friendly staff. I definitely recommend Hello Floors!
This review is addressed to the brand Legend Product MFB FLOORING, Diamond Collection, distributed exclusively by Hello Floors. My experience with this flooring has been extremely negative; the noise it produces is unbearable, and if you have pets, it is even worse. It feels as if you are walking on a plastic floor with a cracking sound. A month ago, I spent nearly $20K—my worst decision. The surface resembles a plastic floor. (O starts but google doesn't allow)
