I disconnected the service last December, and I still haven’t received the remaining balance on my account. The service and customer service are terrible! The reason I disconnected the service was because my credit card information was stolen every time I made a payment. It’s not just bad service; it’s also bad IT and bad protection. Don’t ever go there!
I used hello energy twice recently, each time my credit card is stolen and posted lots of unauthorized charges
I absolutely love this company!!! I have live in Houston all my life and have use a lot of different electric companies, even worked for pulse power. I always know what to expect with my bill and can easy use their app to view my usage. Their customer service representative are also just as or even more amazing willing to help, super sweet and kind over the phone, and fast response to email and live chat! I have been with them for several years now and don't plan on leaving anytime soon! Thank you hello energy
