I absolutely love this company!!! I have live in Houston all my life and have use a lot of different electric companies, even worked for pulse power. I always know what to expect with my bill and can easy use their app to view my usage. Their customer service representative are also just as or even more amazing willing to help, super sweet and kind over the phone, and fast response to email and live chat! I have been with them for several years now and don't plan on leaving anytime soon! Thank you hello energy

It's been okay. You get kicked out of the app and your account occasionally. Very annoying. The last time called, the rep was supposed to reset my login info. Got off the phone and couldn't get in. Still not in. Shopping around at this point
