I got my nails done recently with hella nails and pedi and I loved it. The place was comfortable and relaxing, the small talk was nice and welcoming, also she did my nails to exactly what I wanted in a short amount of time which I loved. Will definitely be going back and you should too!
Owner narcisstic and doesn’t like to listen to customer recommendations/advice. She didn’t like that I was telling the other lady how I wanted my pedicure. She then, now doesn’t answer the phone and or answered once and says they busy when they,re not. I won’t go back there. And don’t recommend them. They did not put the blue stuff in the water for feet at the beginning of the pedicure to properly soak the feet. and they used the electric tool to get rid of some of my cuticles which was painful and I did not like. I cannot recommend Helen enough! From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable.
