I stopped by the shop a couple weeks ago and had a friendly conversation with some of the employees about what modification they would recommend for my Mini. After sending a follow-up email to them with detail about what I would like to have done to my car and requesting a quote for parts and labor, they took a while to get back to me, but they finally responded and apologized for the delay in response.
