This facility is severely lacking as a mental health resource. The environment, particularly the waiting room, felt unsafe, and the front desk staff were consistently rude, condescending, and hostile. As a vulnerable population seeking help, these conditions are unacceptable and deeply concerning.
October 2025 Update: I left. If my rating was 0/10 before, it's only gone to the negatives since then. I still would NOT recommend this place for therapy. 12/16/2024 UPDATE: Helio Health gave my full name, my phone number and my address to a local taxi company WITHOUT MY CONSENT and won't let me file any kind of formal complaint. Very Very condescending and I am trying to find another place to go, refuses to let the one that cares for me at home to attend in the program, this is totally not right and goes against the principal rules because he called them out on their mistake on a positive test when I wasn't, trying to get into my mother's psych Dr, as far as the crisis center I can't speak of but I might find out today because I don't have any want to eat and I have been having hallucinations
In early June, I had an initial meeting and examination with a psychotherapist (Open Access meeting). I was in very poor condition and cried for almost the entire hour of the appointment. It was extremely difficult for me to acknowledge that something was wrong and begin seeking help. I found Helio Health and truly hoped they would be my salvation.
