For what medicaid pays, the beds and food are HORRIBLE. Much worse than any state funded facility ive been to. They are always understaffed too. The physician was very rude and although she prescribed critical medicine for opioid withdrawal, the nurses told me they saw no record of it. Said nothing could be done. I pleaded with them, they lied and said the provider left. Then the provider, who supposivly wasn't there, came and fixed it. It ended up working out, but they shouldn't have lied.

If you care about your loved ones find a different place. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe them. If I ran any finance firms I have ran like them they run Helio it would of been closed in months but because they get state insurance and the dealing with vulnerable people who do not know how to speak for themselves they get away with what would crumble any normal business.
