For what medicaid pays, the beds and food are HORRIBLE. Much worse than any state funded facility ive been to. They are always understaffed too. The physician was very rude and although she prescribed critical medicine for opioid withdrawal, the nurses told me they saw no record of it. Said nothing could be done. I pleaded with them, they lied and said the provider left. Then the provider, who supposivly wasn't there, came and fixed it. It ended up working out, but they shouldn't have lied.

Beyond that, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism in day-to-day interactions. Staff attitude is often dismissive or unengaged, which can m... read more

An addiction treatment facility like that may appear professional on the surface, but the issues become clear in how clients are actually cared for. Clients can feel like they’re being processed rather than supported. Therapy sessions may be brief, repetitive, or lack real depth, with little focus on individual needs or long-term recovery. Instead of meaningful engagement, the emphasis can seem to be on keeping beds filled and maintaining a steady flow of admissions and discharges. There’s often inconsistency in communicatio... read more
