I was referred by my DO after a annual exam to Dr. Pizio for cataracts and if I needed surgery. After and extensive exam and evaluation, Dr. Pizio recommended removal of the cataracts on both eyes. She offered lens options and gave me time to choose what I felt comfortable with. I was very impressed with her office, and support staff as well as her pleasant interaction. My appointment was to evaluate my left eye for cataract surgery. Her staff ran me through a number of tests. While there was some clouding in my eye, they recommended holding off on having surgery since it did not bother me yet.
I am so excited about my successful surgery. I am in my eighties and have never had distant vision so this is a true blessing for me. Thanks!
