Always clean, wide range of equipment, never too busy, a welcoming, safe space AND 24/7! What more could you need! A gym with genuine kind staff and owners who deeply care about their community. I am so happy to have found Helfi

First gym I’ve joined in over 10 years and really happy with my experience. I usually come during the day - the space is quiet and am able to access all the equipment I need when I need. Very happy with the excercise plan I’m on - seeing results quickly in my strength and stability.

I was visiting Qld from interstate. Found Helfi to be an great gym. Plenty of space to set up and train in pretty much any way you choose. Definitely recommend Helfi and will certainly be back when I’m next in Brisbane.

I usually train early and this place suits that routine well. It’s clean, not overcrowded at that time, and the equipment is in decent condition. People tend to keep to themselves but still friendly enough. Easy enough to get in and out without any fuss.
