Kee-Shawn, at the front desk is awful. I am one hundred percent sure these other reviews are talking about her. Its truly astounding to me what the doctors here expect customers have to put up with in order to get an eye exam. The worst part is, she was so bad I got transferred to a different person, nurse?, and had a lovely experience. It would be nice if the doctors here respected their customers enough to hold their staff to a higher level of service.
