We have used Carpet Court Helensvale for flooring and carpet a number of times over the years and always had amazing service and results. I had carpets and curtains installed, they did amazing job with the carpets but the curtains, our experience was terrible. Luxaflex was expensive and unless you yourself have some idea/experience with blinds then truly this was not the place we should’ve went to. What colours that were shown to us and recommend for our room and what was installed was total appalling , 2 shades of colour on one blind. We recently had new carpet and curtains installed by Carpet Court Helensvale. While the finished job looks amazing and we are happy with the final result, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. At the time of quoting, we were told the job would take 3 days — 1 day to remove the old flooring and 2 days to install the new carpet. We thought this was very reasonable given it was a large area (46sqm including a staircase), so we were a little shocked when only 2 days were booked to complete the job.
