Dr. Helen is great! She helped my daughter with a speech impediment. My daughter had a great time while she learned to enunciate correctly. Dr. Helen was extremely good at keeping my child focused and on task for our sessions.
When I was four years old I still could not talk, none of the doctors could figure out what was wrong with me. One said I was mentally disabled another told my mom I would never speak and she needed to teach me sign language. My mom then took me to Helen, she immediately figured out what was wrong with me I had Aparixa. Without Helen's help I would not be able to talk. My daughter had a language delay and began seeing Helen around March 2017. She spent a bit over a year working with Helen on a weekly basis. During that time, we saw our daughter's use of echolalia disappear, she began describing images with words and verbalizing the actions that were taking place, her vocabulary grew ten-fold, and she learned how to work through the frustration of not being able to find the words to answer a question and either eventually come up with the answer on her own or ask for help appropriately.
