I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Hui-Chou. She was unprofessional and quick-tempered, with a rude demeanor that felt dismissive and condescending. Her communication was poor, and she provided little to no patient education or attention to my concerns. Dr. Hui-Chou is a fantastic and gifted surgeon and doctor. My daughter had trauma to her arm, after immediate trauma surgery(to save her life), she still could not move her arm from the elbow down or all of her fingers. When this doctor walked in to greet me, she grabbed my hand and pressed on it hard without my consent. One of her male team members forced me into bending my hand how he wanted it and that h... read more
