Thorough! I have been a patient for many years. I’m grateful for Dr. Ireland and her team,
I called for a RX refill and was told I’m no longer a patient and they’re not accepting new patients. I asked if I was ever notified and they said unfortunately not but there’s nothing they can do. Absolutely horrible way to treat your patients.
Dr. Ireland has been my PCP for about ten years and I have no complaints. She is efficient without being brusque; she is knowledgeable and answers all my questions with ease. I trust her and her staff (who have been great at responding to emails, even during COVID). Finally, I appreciate that her office is always running on time and (unlike some other MDs I've seen in my life) I haven't had to wait for her past my appointment time.
Dr Ireland has been my PCP for about 10 years. We have such a deep respect for each other. She remembers my history and how my personality can affect my health choices. That's a big plus. She offers her advice but respects my decisions. She has wisdom gained by treating patients of many ages. I highly recommend Dr Ireland.
Dr. Ireland is rude, and has no bedside manners. She does not communicate well, and does not return phone calls. Her staff tells you they will leave a message with her, and she will not get back to you. Even the simplest things like getting a refill or adjusting medication strength is a nightmare.
Her receptionists frequently "take notes" when I call that never get delivered, and it's impossible to contact her outside of an appointment.
She was rude and unprofessional. Never had such an uncomfortable experience with a doctor.
Dr. Ireland, Is a gold standard of Physicians, she has outstanding clinical skills and is extremely compassionate with great listening skills as well.
