Try offering people more than "auction price" for their vehicles. Wouldve sold us 2 vehicles had we been offered a fair price for our trade in. Went to a different dealership and they offered us more than double what we were offered here. Also, try worrying more about your customers than a "good google review" in which you referred to several times in our conversation.
