Had lunch at the Shelbyville Rd location today. The young woman who took our order wasn't rude exactly, but was devoid of any emotion or any customer service skills. When she brought our food she just placed it on the table. We said "thank you" to no response, she had already walked away. The dining room area was filthy. So much dirt and debris under our table it was obvious it hadn't been swept and mopped in some time. Very disappointing experience. I had the Rosemary chicken over a potato cake tonight for dinner, it was AMAZING! Great food!
My daughter is in Kentucky at the National FFA and having her 18th birthday...1st one away from me and I hated it but with the help of Stuart he made it a little easier!!! Thank for making this momma make it happen!!!
Tried the homemade pumpkin cheesecake today. It was so delicious! I think I have a new addiction.
Heitzman's is wonderful! They did my cake, cupcakes and food for my wedding. Everything was outstanding! Margaurite was wonderful to work with and I would recommend this place to anyone needing catering. DO NOT confuse this location (shelbyville road) with the other "heitzman bakeries" in the city, they are NOT the same place! Just fyi:)
When we went to pick up our cake which had been ordered a week earlier, it was not ready. The owner and the baker agreed that they could have the cake ready for our party and would deliver it. They did it! The cake received rave reviews! Our thanks for all the help.
