I purchased a cake that was supposed to be a white cake turned out to be strawberry. I took the cake back received a gift card went into store before work to use some of my gift card was told I had to use all of my money because they've recently changed their policy within this last week the worker snatched my items threaten to call 911 all because of their mistake from jump I will be pushing this issue they are horrible��
My husband and I come in here about once a week; Always have a great experience and a hard time choosing what goodies to indulge in! They have the most delicious treats, and a great variety of them. The customer service is great; The employees are always friendly, smiling, and happy to help. Heitzman's is a great way to start the day!
