I had a consultation today at 1pm for my wedding catering and cake tasting, have an email to confirm it but arrived and the lady ended up consulting with another couple who arrived AFTER us and did not have an appointment!! We drove all the way from Stonestreet WITH an appointment to Shelbyville rd. It's a pretty good drive for them to not treat you like you're important. Not how a good business runs, sorry.

I used Heitzman for both my wedding cake and catering. The food was amazing and delicious! The Wedding cake was beautiful and so moist! Even the display of the food was beautiful! I couldn't have asked for a better company to use for my wedding!! I highly recommend contacting Marguarite and setting up a tasting!
We order from heitzmans regularly for our sons birthday. I recently ordered a game of thrones cake for my husband (he is a super fan). When I initially went to pick it up it wasn't right. After a quick conference with the decorator they said they could fix it in 20 minutes. When it was fixed it was perfect! He loved it! This is why we keep ordering from you because you are the best!
Tried to place an order for sweet sixteen cupcakes. Asked for suggestions from the lady taking orders and she just kept saying Is that all. When i asked to speak to a baker she stated "she will tell you the same thing," though she told me nothing. She was irritated throughout the whole order. I told her to scrap the order I would go elsewhere. Hideous customer service.
