I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Heiser Chevrolet in West Allis. Every time I’ve tried to reach out about my concerns, I’ve been pushed aside with no real effort to resolve the issues. It’s starting to feel discriminatory, especially with how dismissive the receptionist and everyone else has been and the fact that no managers have made any attempt to contact me back. Bad experience and still won’t get any clean responses on anything… last time a bought a car from a dealership they went out of their way to the local bakery to show appreciation and here has been a complete bad experience.
