I had a terrible experience. My vehicle was at the dealership for approximately 60 days, and throughout that time I was the one who had to constantly reach out for status updates. I was given three different completion dates, none of which were met. As a result, I exhausted all of my insurance rental coverage due to the delays. Leasing my 2026 Trax was a solid experience as usual, having done many leases/purchases at Heiser in the past. Had to haggle a little to get the payment I wanted, but everyone was nice and the deal got done in a satisfactory manor. Very much enjoying the new Trax, and Jason Clark was a pleasure to work with once again.
So far so good. The guy upfront was really nice. Overall good experience.
Great staff, very helpful and took the time to acclimate the settings in the Vehicle.
