I read through the reviews and have to say I've driven over 90 miles one way to do business with Kathy and Rocco. I met them years ago when the Bernina dealer near me sold his shop. Since then, I have purchased machines, software and fabric from them. Rocco tunes all my machines and takes excellent care of them. I can never thank you enough for offering so many wonderful classes in easy to learn format. I feel as all of you are my friends and are willing to help me when there is a need.
Best quilt shop ever. Everyone there is sooo very helpful. Mr. Rocco is great with machines. I brought 2 machines there and will by another there. Wonderful people.
In my opinion, the the owner is rude and sarcastic. There is only one employee I feel comfortable with. I have many friends who feel the same way. Today was my final purchase from their store.
